By downloading, installing, or using Almond ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Software.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Software for your own personal or professional use, subject to the terms of your subscription plan.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features of Almond require a paid subscription. You agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen plan. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. All payments are processed securely via Polar.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
• Use the Software for any illegal purpose.
• Circumvent any license keys or security features of the Software.
• Use the Software to create a competing product.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED. TRANSCRIPTION ACCURACY MAY VARY BASED ON AUDIO QUALITY AND OTHER FACTORS.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALMOND SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your license and access to the Software if you breach these terms.
